This infographic is a visual representation of SRE Best Practices for Incident Management, a whitepaper published by gremlin [1] in 2019. The paper is a great reference for people, who wants to be an SRE. I am illustrating why SREs are valuable for the companies, how this role can not only coexist, but also strengthen a DevOps approach to development. And I have included a list of three key elements for building an incident management program in your organization, whether it would be a startup or a big company.
